Quick and easy stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (any type)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the mushrooms and garlic until the pasta is well coated.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta and stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot. Enjoy!
