Quick and easy recipe for marinated oyster mushrooms in one day - a real opportunity to make quality, simple, fast preserves for winter. And so delicious, just try it!
Ingredients
Oyster mushrooms 1 kilogram
Water 600 milliliters
Salt 2 Spoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Bay leaf 2 pieces
Peppercorns 6 pieces
Carnation 6 cloves
Dill (dried stems) 3 tablespoon
Garlic 2 cloves
9 % vinegar 4 tablespoon
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the oyster mushrooms and cut them off the cluster.
Put the mushrooms into a saucepan, pour water, add all the spices.
When the water comes to a boil, add the vinegar and cook for another 25 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the heat and cool.
Slightly cooled mushrooms transfer to the jar. The brine should just cover the mushrooms. On top of each jar pour vegetable oil (1 tbsp.), place in the refrigerator - and the next day the mushrooms are ready!
